Our story
Mayder Estampaciones Metálicas was created in 1955 by Sebastià Costa Llobet as a company dedicated entirely to tool making. After almost three generations, Mayder has evolved to respond to all types of projects related to metal parts, combining the accumulated experience with the new demands of the sector and contemporary society.
Currently, the service offered by Mayder is characterized by three fundamental axes.

We control and advise the entire engineering, design, manufacturing and finishing process of the product in our facilities and we have a global vision of the entire process. It is for this reason that we can offer the manufacturing of prototypes, pre-series and both short and long series.

We constantly update our machinery to optimize the manufacturing process and offer a cutting-edge service in every sense. We work with numerical control technology machinery and we have punching, laser cutting, folding and all types of welding machines.
